Created by my dear friend Ann Mac Creath, who lives in Kenya and is a brilliant designer herself ( Kiko Romeo is her own brand) , Fafa produces Fashion for Peace, an ( almost) yearly fashion platform for African designers.
I have been lucky enough to be able to meet a lot of them, while producing high- end shoots for them.
This time, we worked with 3 different Kenyan photographers. These photos are by Barbara Minishi. The full shoot is in my web.
It was done in a building site and was conceived as an editorial, playing on some of the very graphic outfits I saw- Each outfit is by a different designer ( again, full credits in my web).
Ajuma, the female model, has worked internationally at a very high level.
De nuevo estuve en Nairobi, colaborando con Fafa ( Festival para la moda y el arte en Africa).
Creado por mi amiga Ann Mc Creath, que hace años que vive en Kenya, dónde también diseña y tiene su propia marca, Kiko Romeo. Fafa produce una plataforma llamada Fashion For Peace : Un desfile que sucede ( casi) cada año dónde reúne a algunos de los mejores creadores del continente.
He tenido la suerte de conocer y colaborar con muchos de ellos, creando imágenes.

Ajuma, la modelo, ha trabajado internacionalmente a un nivel muy alto.
